The Cradle Coast Authority, in conjunction with the North West Coast and
Western Wilderness Zone Marketing Groups is undertaking a Regional
Tourism Research Program, to collect local tourism data and present
results specific to the region, Zones, Council Municipalities and
potentially to individual towns and accommodation types.
Information will be collected monthly and aggregated to provide a timely
snapshot of the performance of the region’s tourism industry. Stage 1
of the project will focus on the accommodation sector to provide
comparisons against previous years and help evaluate the effectiveness
of specific marketing/promotional campaigns.
The success of this research project is dependent on widespread industry
participation and we encourage your active involvement in the program.
